In today's large corporate landscape where customer service seems to have

needs, deliver and set it up free of charge then offer you two free 1-2 hour
sittings to show you how to use it.
We offer a one year warranty on all of the hardware components in your system
and we will come out to your home or office and try to make the repairs on
site. If the repair can't be done at that time we will pick up the system,
replace any defective part and return it to you as soon as possible, usually
within 1-3 days depending on replacement parts availability. This is all done free of charge while under warranty. You will never have to play on the
phone merry-go-round with someone from an outsourced service center that you
can't understand or put your system in a box and ship it back to the
manufacturer and wait months for it's return. Customer service is our number
one priority because happy and satisfied customers will keep coming back.
We try to design our systems with
the future in mind. Each of
these systems can be custom built to your specifications
and to suit all of your computing needs. We
also try to build all of our systems so that instead of replacing your system in a
couple of years when the new stuff comes out or your
needs change, you can upgrade and in many cases double
what you already have by simply having a few components
replaced or added.
We use time tested, quality,
brand name parts to insure many years of trouble free service. The cheapest
parts are not always the best when it comes to building a reliable computer
system. If any component fails during the warranty period, CCS will replace it
in a timely manner, free of charge with a comparable brand new component. Even
after our system warranty period is over, many of the components that make up
our systems still have years of manufacturers warranty left on replacements,
so you may only need to pay a minimal labor charge to get your system up and
running again.
CCS also
upgrades older systems provided they are not limited by
the technology they possess. We install routers
for networks and shared internet connections, new audio or video cards, bigger hard
drives, CDRW drives for writing CD's, faster processors,
more RAM or a bigger monitor all at reasonable prices
and labor rates.
