Service Call/Office Visit In the immediate York Area (anything with a York address) $50.00 plus Tax (includes 1st hour). If one of the services below is performed, this service call may be waved, we do not normally charge for both. Anything outside of York, a $15.00 transportation fee may apply. This fee is strictly at our discretion and may be waved depending on the area. We reserve the right to decide what areas we will service. System Clean-up Service Pricing: Light Infection (2 hours) $80.00 plus Tax Medium Infection (2 1/2 hours) $100.00 plus Tax Heavy Infection (3 hours) $120.00 plus Tax Windows Operating System Clean Install If your operating system is damaged due to an infection and is not easily repaired within a normal clean-up service time, we can format your hard drive and reinstall your operating system (Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10) instead and add up to 5 programs supplied by the you for $120.00 plus Tax. All relevant Windows Updates are included. The customer must supply all program disks to be installed with registration codes unless they are purchasing new software.
